DUALE LAW & CONSULTANCY FIRM was formed from the well known Shabelle Law & Consultancy Firm that was established in 1984 in Mogadishu by Mrs Asha-Kin F Duale and 3 Junior Lawyers.
On October 2017 Duale Law & Consultancy Firm was re-established under new management and under this new name. Currently it's made of a one Senior Partner, two Associate Partners, one Paralegal, one IT Expert and an Admin officer.

The process to draft the company law and its regulations for implementation was quite an experience and a testimony to how difficult it is to work in a fragile system where formal regulatory framework or independent regulatory body is weak.
